This is a 1 bedroom flat by the beachside area of Sandestin at Luau Tower 2 unit. It is 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Luau is the newest 5-star high rise in Sandestin Golf and Beach resort. It is built in 2006! Check this out: An independent review that I found about Luau and Sandestin Beach and Gof Resort. It has good info about the area. The village of Baytowne Wharf mentioned in the article is a 5 minute Tram drive from Luau. It is the prime party town of the resort. Very nice indeed especially at night.
